Postpartum depression may be linked to colic

My oldest had colic and I found that I had to change her formula to soy. She really took a long time to burp, too. After a couple of months, things got much easier.

I guess I cheated. I got the excuse to go back to work when she was 4 weeks old, lol!! I had to get away. /cry.gif” style=”vertical-align:middle” emoid=”” border=”0″ alt=”cry.gif” /> I didn't go on antidepressants, either. Going back to work was easier than staying awake all night and having to watch her sleep, lol!

My babysitter was an experienced Mom and she showed me how to get those stubborn burps out. Same with my brother in law who's third and forth child were twins. I really helped this, inexperienced Mom!! /inlove.gif” style=”vertical-align:middle” emoid=”:inlove:” border=”0″ alt=”inlove.gif” />

I know that if I would have stayed home, I would have gotten depressed. It was very stressful to go back to work on little sleep, but I got through it.
