I drove out to Banff resort town this morning. I was very fortunate to get a flat tire so I now have to drive slower with the mini spare.

This is the first time I have been here since 2004.  I was too busy working to take time off.

I am trying to get a tire shop probably Costco to repair my flat so In can drive normally.

Played around with a music software I was trying for the first time.

That's kinda cool. I've been wanting to get into it myself, not that I feel I have any talent, but I thought making music would be fun. Although, it might just be hard work like anything else most of the time.

What program did you work with? And free/paid/trial?

The one I've been using for almost a year is Cubase Artist. It comes with cool effects and instruments. The one I was referring to was the trial version of Reason, which is worth taking a look at also. Most of these software, which are referred to as DAWs, have a trial version, usually one month.
A daw that is completely free is called Reaper. It is very decent, but it does not come with virtual instruments, although you can get free ones at a website called vst4free.

Well I am pleased to say I am in a recovery mode and I have been stable for many months. I am able to lead a fairly ordinary life and get out of the house. Today I went to see my GP
