I kind of hate it, but it is practical learning. Also reading Facing Codependence by Pia Mellody. Writing notes this time, which is not something I have done before with self-help books. Barely making any progress, though. Depressing to read when I identify so much with the negative traits she writes about. I read the Goblin Slayer manga after all the controversy over the anime. The controversial part was the only part that was interesting tbh (albeit in a horrific way). It turns more into a typical fantasy after that.
