Hooking up a wifi dvd player for a friend so they can be Netflix ready.

Going to the Boiler room for some free coffee and good vibes.

Making another post on Craigslist for a cook and clean swap for a room.

-Clean the bathroom

-Go to a museum

-Make chicken soup

-Write a letter to a friend

Oh dear, out of all of those I only managed the chicken soup!

Today...I don't have very fixed plans which is not great tbh. I suppose I could work on *thinks of some work things that would mean nothing to anyone else on DF* and this afternoon work on typing up some rough written work, so tomorrow I have a print draft to edit. That would work :)

I'm going to smash my washing machine into itty bitty pieces because it won't finish the load of laundry in it right now.

Then, I will still have to take out the clothes and finish washing them in the bathroom sink. Then, maybe the dryer will work and I will once again have work clothes for the week.

After that, go on a crash diet so I can wear some of the clothes in my closet that don't fit me right now, but are at least clean. Grrrrr.....

Today...I got up early and already did loads of housework, but now I'm at work-work, plans are to work on the rough draft I typed up yesterday, rejig contents page, sort out some tech issues, meeting a friend for lunch and a colleague for coffee later.

Make that call to the local mental health center to set up an appointment. Have to wait 'till 10 AM though. Hope I won't have lost my courage by then.

imaman. Way to go! Sounds like you are having some tough times. I would like to let you know that there are people that care for you. I hope you can get help soon and get your job and life back on track. Take Care!

I am recovering from surgery. I hurt physically but feel pretty good mentally. I think my physical discomfort has helped me forget about my mental health issues. Sometimes dwelling on my anxiety and depression feed the problem. I have no guilt today when I sit around and relax. :thumbs-up:

Stuff my face with food as I wont be able to eat tomorrow.

Play some pc games so I wont think about food.

Phone various people about things.

Take my wife to work

Watch tv.

I am going to the dentist, again. I will not be able to do much after that. The mix of the anesthetic and my medication make me quite ill.

well ive already been to the stables and done some tidying.

spent time with my daughter before she went out.

got dinner ready for later.

now im wondering what to do next before i have to go back to the stables later.

maybe i should just relax!

just cant seem to at the moment coz when i stop i start to think too much x

It's 3:45PM now, so I got up a bit late... Don't feel amazing but I need to get ready for class. So...

- Shower

- Get dressed

- Shave

- Brush Teeth

- Eat something

- Pack 'school' bag

- Catch bus to class

- Think positive and try to willpower this brain fog away

Hmm, plans rather vague today. I've more or less got to the end of a cycle of work and getting towards starting the next. But the transition between cycles is always a bit tricky. Planning ahead...my plan for today might be planning!!!

I have *way* too much to do today...I should admit now, all this is not going to happen! But here's the idea:

- steam clean that stain on the carpet

- change the cat litter

- make lasagne

- make lemon curd

- tidy up the garden

- clean the bathroom

- finish this letter to my pal

- phone parents

...OK that'll do.....

Well, it's 2:09 a.m., so I should really got to bed but I don't feel like it. Almost feel creative.

But tomorrow is back to the grind. I'd rather call in sick to work and just go to the movies, but alas, I can't do that.

From yesterday's list:

Not bad considering how unmotivated I felt at first.

Today, back at work, got in late as had some errands to run. Today, not much on the agenda, some reading, pop up to the library, meeting at lunchtime, more reading, gym.

Take my wife to and pick her up from work.

Go with my wife to the craft store and help her find some bits for work.

Have lunch.

Look round the charity shops, gifts shops and other shops in town.

Post on df.

Watch some more of the documentary I was watching yesterday on The Saints RLI.

- Go to rehearsal from 9 AM to 2 PM

- Go to a shop to trade in some pants I bought

- hit the gym

- do some homework

- go to see a play in the evening
