Light Therapy

Recently I've discovered light therapy, and it has really made a difference. I really couldn't afford a proper light box, so I read up about the science and bought a light with a specific brightness (using a bit of maths) for

I used light therapy for a couple of months maybe 6 years ago but I don't really remember too much of a difference for me. :Cooptsearch: But all I used was a timer to turn on the lights in my room really early in the morning so I probably wasn't doing it right and didn't take it seriously. :sigh:

But it sounds like you've done the proper research and applying it properly and I'm glad to hear that it is wouking out for you. I might take the suggestions you made and use it sometime in the future if I ever find myself needing something extra besides zoloft. :nod:
