IsoZeiss Posted April 1, 2011 Share Posted April 1, 2011 I used light therapy for a couple of months maybe 6 years ago but I don't really remember too much of a difference for me. But all I used was a timer to turn on the lights in my room really early in the morning so I probably wasn't doing it right and didn't take it seriously. But it sounds like you've done the proper research and applying it properly and I'm glad to hear that it is wouking out for you.
