onlymakesmelaugh
I don't really have personal experience (although the few days I tried Lexapro I noticed this) but don't the SSRIs dehydrate or cause dry mouth? On just 4 days of Lex I noticed that, and ended up with a sinus headache (which I'm prone to anyway). So maybe your sinuses are drying out, causing the nosebleeds. Not sure it'll help, but try drinking more water, and maybe using a humidifier.Well just thinking out loud here, hope it helps.
