Went through a nasty break up

It's been 3 months since I had a nasty break up in my relationship. I am depressed. And feel like ******* myself.

I was searching for a solution to depression and I found this forum. I am unhappy and depressed. I am lost at life

I am so sorry that you are suffering.  That is so heartbreaking.  Wish I knew what to say to ease your pain and distress.  Hopefully these Forums will prove helpful to you.  There are many nice and kindhearted people here.  We are all struggling with various crises and tragedies and problems and sometimes it is only by talking to those going through the same or similar things that seems to help.  My heart goes out to you!

I hope you are feeling better now. I went through a similar situation. Over a period of time we get over this.

I made the bad mistake of letting an an abusive partner back into my life.  Now, it is almost impossible to get rid of him again.  He is screams and yells at me and stays here rent free.  I don’t have any solutions and am on the verge of wanting to die.
