It’s Ok to Expect the Impossible

The depression "cave" is the avoidable situation if we recognize the nature of it.

It won't just go away but it can be put to use.

That is my approach and it really does help me.

Hopefully it can help others.

So we can expect a million Euros deposited into out bank accounts tomorrow for no reason?

No, change begins in your mind before anything visible begins to happen.  Trust me if you want change to happen in your life you first got to believe that it can happen for you.  No one has the power to change their circumstances but you and it all begins in your head

Absolutely, I have so many crazy things that go through my mind but I have to cast down those negative images and find something positive to give me something to hope for and to look forward to for a better day

I want to make a comment on the above word: "grounded".

To me this means "anchored".

I am always advocating that we metaphorically anchor ourselves outside the deep depression cave.

Nothing should stop us from being clever with those good old fashioned powerful METAPHORS.

Thanks Mr. Floor.

Always willing to offer whatever support I can.

When we invoke a metaphor we are changing our thinking ever so much.

The change can be positive or negative depending on how clever we are.

We need to keep lighting those candles and refrain from cursing the darkness as best we can.

We have nothing to lose in looking for our  situations to change but we have everything to gain in Expecting the Impossible in our lives. Try to stay upbeat my friends.
