For the couples of weeks, I've been feeling this hate towards food. I eat because I know I have to, but now every time I know I have to eat I hate thinking about food. I even hate all my favorite foods and fruits. I use to be bulimic then I became anorexic, after that I learned to control what I ate. That was 9 years ago. Two years ago, I gained so much weight after giving birth to my daughter, I started lashing out on myself and calling my self names. Now i just eat because I need to survive, but i started hating food. Could this hate towards food be a mental issue of what I went through before?
