can you find a support group near you? talking to others who struggle with the same thing has helped me a lot. they can relate and offer you advice. talking to people who don' t understand about this stuff gets me ignorant responses..

no, i think the problem with me is that i lose my motivation very easy like last year, when i started exercising i didnt want to stop because i didnt want to lose my motivation to exercise and yet an injury happened to me and i couldnt exercise and i lost my motivation to exercise. i wish i knew how to fix this.

Yeah but you can get back to exercise. It could have happened to anyone (the accident) we all lose motivation. It's very hard to exercise and keep at it, especially when you are struggling with anxiety. I am sure you will get back out there to exercising

Maybe you can try an on-line therapist? Also a psychiatrist and medication could help. Social anxiety is hard to overcome by yourself. Sorry you are struggling so.

I'm sorry you're hurting. It is a kindness to yourself that you've shared it with all of us so that we can hear you and offer you some compassion and care.

As someone living with depression, I can't always overcome symptoms in order to socialize so I do get how you feel trapped. On occasion I feel like I'm shoved into performing for friends and family, maybe to make them feel better about "helping" me out of isolation. I can't play the part of being okay on cue, like you I am not choosing to be this way. Who would?

While I can not always be productive or social, I can always try to be kinder in how I talk to myself. Is that something that might benefit you?
