Oh my god, it's 66 degrees out and it's so chilly and invigorating! 😍 This is what I wish it was like all the time. And now I'm just shy of 5 miles for the day. It was really nice but I can tell I need the more strenuous stuff to cut through this mild depression. Gentle yoga isn't cutting it. Planning on doing a longer yoga workout today and some hoovering!!
