I don't have anything that measures either.  I guess at best and that's good enough.  I walked down to the lake and back today.  It's about 5 miles round trip.

I'm guesstimating my walk is about 4 and a half miles if I walk at the average speed of 3.1 mph 👟 I think 5 miles per day is meant to be optimum for health 🏆

4.56 today. 🙂 We went a slightly different route and passed all these small ponds, one of which had a bunch of tall white birds that kind of looked like egrets sleeping standing up in the water.

We just went around one more time. Oh my god, it's 66 degrees out and it's so chilly and invigorating! 😍 This is what I wish it was like all the time.

And now I'm just shy of 5 miles for the day. 

I'm wondering if I can get myself up at 6:30 tomorrow morning, I can walk again before it gets hot. We'll see.

Did some easy yoga last night before bed. It was really nice but I can tell I need the more strenuous stuff to cut through this mild depression. Gentle yoga isn't cutting it. Planning on doing a longer yoga workout today and some hoovering!! Hope I manage it, it's tough to get moving at the moment 😏

I'm glad you're taking the class.  I know how hard it is to make ourselves go to these classes.  When I signed up for my first gym membership the classes cost extra so I paid for them trying to force myself to go to the classes but I still couldn't make myself go.
