A Taiwanese black tea called "Honey Black", which is a "bug-bitten" tea...meaning that supposedly insects were allowed to nibble on the leaves before harvest, which causes some type of enzyme reaction in the plant that alters the flavor of the tea.  Anyway it just tastes like a good, slightly sweet Taiwanese black tea.

Dark roast "Tieguanyin" (Iron Goddess of Mercy) oolong tea.  I brewed it "western style" in a big teapot rather than my usual gong fu style in a gaiwan, since I wanted to make enough for my mom to have a few cups as well.
