Does Welbutrin have an antiinflammatory effect? What does it do specifically?

I'm not sure about if Wellbutrin has any anti-inflammatory effect.  I'm going to look into that more, as I have rheumatoid arthritis and have noticed that my finger joints and knees are not quite as swollen.  

the doctor prescribed it when I was quitting smoking to help reduce the craving.  it is also used in conjunction with anti-depressants, like Prozac.

I've been on Wellbutrin for about 25 years and never heard about anti-inflammatory properties.  Just did a search and these two articles are interesting:

I have Hashimotos Hypothyroid which is an autoimmune illness and am still battling high antibodies.  No idea if they'd be worse off Wellbutrin.  Interesting topic.
