Sentinel2
When i look back at those 30 years i dont know how i survived nor why i keep at it. But yeah if nothing else, i could be proud of sorta keeping my shit together, going to work, without ppl knowing of all the battles i fight. Just wish for 1 day i could be as normal as most of the people. To just sit outside on a coffe and say, well, today is a pretty normal days where i dont have strong feelings one way or the other. jkd_sd
Adding my thanks. I agree you have nothing to apologize for. At the same time, I understand the negative reactions. It is difficult to accept encouragement when you are in a deep, dark place. All any of us can do is keep trying. "You wake up every morning to fight the same demons that left you so tired the night before, and that, my love, is bravery."
Marshel
Waking up another miserable day after having only slept 4 hours because of your depression. Becoming miserable because your skin is looking old and wrinkly from lack of sleep even though you aren't that old. Working barely above minimum wage jobs a couple of times a week because that's all you can do an you have almost no money for food so look even more old and worn, almost deathly. womanofthelight
Marshel-- Your circumstances are very very difficult, and I'm sorry you feel bad physically, too. There are some other threads that lift me up out of the pit. They're in the "DF Watercooler" section of the website, and are light hearted and help me forget for a while. Thinking of you and wishing you a good night's sleep, WOTL

Prycejosh1987
I to do believe that its good. I also believe that only you can resist the feeling in depression and only you can change that change and overcome to depression. Dont cope with it but find a way to beat it. Valerio
Depression is very insidious thing. It is not a sign of our weakness. It's just a disease. And it certainly doesn't make us strong. We should work and work on ourselves. It is the only way to overcome our problems..In this way we gain strength and confidence....Sooner or later depression will move back.Anyway thank you for your good post!
