Velekeseq noorõkõsõq (eng. Hey, young brothers!) performed by Estonian folk metal group Metsatöll

Velekeseq noorõkõsõq
puhuq pilli pedäjästä
ajaq sarvõ sarapuusta
velekeseq noorõkõsõq
puhuq lugu poissa poolõ
tõõnõ Narva naistõ poolõ
kolmas uma kodo poolõ
velekeseq noorõkõsõq
miä meil vika veerätellä
pill oll' helle pedäjäne
kannõl kummõ kadajanõ

English:
Hey, young brothers
Play your pine-tree instruments
Blow your hazel horns
Hey, young brothers
Play a tune for the boys
Another for the girls in Narva
Third for your own home
Hey, young brothers
Let’s have a merry good time
With tingling pine instruments
And rattling juniper zithers

Who wants to live forever - Queen

My favourite Queen song, I remember being 5 years old and hearing it for the first time from somebody's open window. It was blasted on full volume.
Then hearing Forever Young by Alphaville and confusing the two as a 5-6 year old kid. 😄 I couldn't understand english back then either. Both had the words "Forever" in them.

Both of them are especially poignant now.

So I guess I'm listening to both. Ah. 😢

This song always makes me cry because it always brings to mind the scenes in Highlander where he is cursed by his immortality to watch his beloved wife Heather growing old and then die in his arms.

Hmm🤔 I'm not sure what my favourite Queen song is,  maybe another one bites the dust 🙂

TV.  I like TV, but if you ask around, it seems I'm the only one who watches or listens to it.  I'm older, and prefer isolation for the most part.  One of the reasons I can get by is TV.  It's company, and it keeps the edges of my mind busy as I do other things that are more meaningful.
