I accepted a work contract for my next job. Unfortunately, I didn't work on that job today as I'd planned. I've spent most of the day pacing the house and fidgeting with small chores. Not a great day.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a much better day for you

I managed to complete one part of what is really a very simple school assignment. I am beginning to believe I may have ADHD like a handful of psychiatrists I’ve worked with have hinted at. I become overwhelmed by the tiniest responsibility.

Well, I helped a wife with social anxiety

get to stay in the hospital room in the

CCU with her husband.  She was out here

with a room full of strange people and

having a break down.  I talked to the

nurse and persuaded her to let the wife

stay in the room with her husband so that

she and her husband want be alone.

Accomplished more than I'd expected.  Appointment with the T this morning...and then laundry.

Got tired of pulling up a panel on Amazon in which I'm interested and finally just ordered the thing.

I feel you my friend it is best to go ahead and to do it if it’s a good thing for you

Well done sir. What a nice example of living your values in the workplace.

I'd love to do what you do - but only handle the portion of the public whom I can help like you did here.

Definitely not all the people who scream at you over the phone or in person or throw tantrums and be unreasonable because you can't make the hospital cater to their preferences or change procedures.

Oh, never mind. I just talked myself out of it.

Put out the trash, discarded the fallen coconuts and palm boots...then got an amazing haircut (which always makes me feel better).  Considering the way yesterday went to hell so unexpectedly, I think I'd better leave my activity at that.

Did dishes - again

Dyed my hair (church pictures, I looked like my Grandmother - time for the grays to go 😉 )

Did yoga
