Max Dosage Of Paxil -- Paxil For Bipolar

Hi everyone!  I'm new and this is my first post.  Anyway, I suffer from bipolar 2 disorder, GAD, OCD and BPD.  I recently went back on Paxil after about 20 years of not taking it and it is really helping my depression.  I take it with a mood stabilizer (Seroquel) since I'm bipolar.  Based on genetic testing my pdoc says I'm an ultra-rapid metabolizer so she has me on a very high dose which is 80mg/day.  My question is that I know 60mg is the recommended max dosage but is anyone else on an ultra high dose like myself and do you find it helps you better than when you first started it?  Also, I'm especially interested if you're bipolar and take this med and would like to hear about your experiences.
