They're OK.  Definitely not like a regular oatmeal cookie.

Oh, I've made them once too, just without chocolate chips. They are really not bad, easy to make, and it's a nice healthy snack.

I'm eating something I just threw together:  jasmine rice, diced tomatoes and green chile, garbanzo beans, sliced almonds, walnuts, olive oil, cumin, corn and Tabasco sauce and black pepper.    I enjoyed it.
