Dark chocolate chips and a ginger molasses cookie.

 

 

Black coffee. My faithful companion as I waste time and do nothing. 

 

 

Maybe haggis

 

 

mozzarella cheese

 

 

Roasted salmon with sauteed mushrooms, roasted red potatoes, and asparagus. Then maybe some mint chocolate chip ice cream.

 

 

Just saying " no" to supper after over-eating during breakfast and lunch.  Yikes.

I made a chocolate "mug brownie" tonight.  It was ok (not great), and took about 3 minutes to make.  You can find the recipe at Gemma's Bigger Bolder Baking.

Earlier I had a tamale and some mini quesadillas. Later I had some pumpkin seeds because I was peckish.

Light string cheese and baby carrots.  Might get another string cheese and an apple next!! (Working on eating healthy!)
