Its hard to:

 

Get motivated to get work done.

To not SH

To see light at the end of the tunnel

To go to work when you are in scary complete burnout

To not do all I've ever known to cope

Its just hard.....

To do anything such as shower, cut my nails, eat, sleep, pay bills,  take meds,  do house work.     I just want to lie down curl up all day

To overcome my mental problems and get on with my life. But ive been this way since I was a teenager. So thats not gonna happen.

To think that my life matters to anyone else on the face of the planet... or ever will.

Im in the same situation. Im getting ready to lose everything and no ones stepping up to help. That says it all!

its hard to:

get motivated to do something besides watch hulu
to go outside and see nature in its glory
its hard to hang out with friends

most of all

its hard to look in the mirror

To get out of bed.

To brush my teeth.

To wash.

To tidy up.

To wash my clothes.

To concentrate.

To get dressed.

Just basically everyday life. i do these things but its like my body is made of lead and everything i lift is like lifting weights. When i walk its like walking against a current of water. its amazing how debilitating depression can be.

It's hard to:

 

Leave the state of inertia and do anything.

Focus on course work, even though I have tests coming up.

Control my emotions, especially sadness, grief, and fear.

To face people.

To take care of myself.

To eat properly.

To open up when I fear something might be taken the wrong way.

To not overthink everything.

To stop hiding.

To not feel horrible about myself when I don't do what I decided I would do today.
