Orso Posted August 18, 2015 Share Posted August 18, 2015 Meditation is supposed to help remodel the brain as is transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). CBT is supposed to help too. But you're right, each bout of depression also rewires the brain. It's worth it to keep trying, as difficult as it may seem.
