What Are You Eating?

I discovered a new way to eat oatmeal. It has to be prepared the night before though…in a container that has a lid:


1/4 cup of oatmeal

1 cup of greek yogurt  (must be greek  or it doesn't come out right

about a half cup or so of almond milk  (or whatever you choose)

stir it up with some cinnamon or whatever spice…such as vanilla extract agave syrup etc,,


put the lid on it and pop it in the refrigerator


in the morning it's all done and you can sprinkle nuts, raisins ,,,strawberries..


very delicious!
