Baking an Organic Acorn Squash… with olive oil and several types of peppery seasonings.. oh and a frosty cold glass of chardonnay with lemon and orange slices… need a couple of kicks this evening.. :party:

Trying a new gluten free bread- Challah.. too eggy… it doesn't toast well… maybe making it into french toast would be better… mixing my Chai tea with a bit more black tea… good with half and half, whipped up in the blender with a pinch a sugar

My mom made a fantastic dinner for a big family dinner tonight we had:

Pancetta wrapped pork tenderloin roast with fresh herbs

Roasted asparagus and potatoes

Caprese salad

Sour holubtsi (cabbage rolls)

Poppyseed cake.

It was a pretty awesome meal.
