I wish I had more words to say but I don't know the answer I just want you to know you have support here in us. Just try and be kind to yourself and.not.be to hard on yourself.

I understand were you are at feeling so defeated, but try and hang in, I'm sure your family are not sick of you maybe they just don't know ways to help you at the moment....I hope you find some relief soon and can hold on just that little bit longer

I'm glad to hear you are feeling ok.

That's what I have heard that it has a high success rate. It last for a whole year so I hope it works well with me. It's going to be hard work but I am willing to give it a shot. But this is my last time so if this doesn't work I will give up.

I am also still really fragile and don't know what to do or where to go I was ment to be dead :/:/

Thats amazing you were able to do something else instead of causing some harm to yourself i know howhard it can be when those feeling come about so a big well done to you.

I am sorry that your husband has done this to you, you do not deserve it in anyway shape or form.
I know your in a really hard place right now but you need to do what is right for you and do what you feel comfortable with. If you stay with your husband could you live with knowing he has broken your trust like this??

Do it for yourself not for anybody else.....it may have an effect and make others feel better too. But if you do it for others I feel you may never be happy with were your at. Best of luck to you

Im glad you kept your appointment, hope it is not to hard to get there or to dangerous.
Abilify increased my anxiety at the start but now i am ok, but i guess just keep your eye on it.
