I was in the U.S A rmy some years ago thats where my depression surfaced and eventually ruined my career and life....that"s why i"m on this site to hopefully get something out of this.I"m so tired of dealing with V.A doctors....they just don"t understand me or maybe i can"t express how badly i hurt sometimes.I feel like "borderline suicide" about 3 days out of the week...was a heavy drinker but haven"t drank in 3 months...i"m trying to keep myself busy by going to the running trail and running until i cramp up....
