  2. woke up reasonably rested did all the morning routine things going to do a meditation now

    A Down Day

    I hope this is a transient thing and not a new long dip in the depression pool. I need to do some meditating today to sort myself out and prop myself up a bit. wish me well!
  15. Circle, I hope you feel better soon. Unfortunately, I am feel really off today. I've been feeling really guilty about a lot of things all week. My T thinks it may be depression being worse this week. I hope it is something transient and that I can deal with it.

  17. Kabuto, I'm afraid I don't know you very well and am wondering if you'd be OK talking more about this. Is this something of a breakthrough for you? How did you come to this? I think I need to get to where you are. Wishing you well, Kabuto.
  18. I am sorry you are feeling this way. I don\t feel very helpful right now so I don\t have any suggestions. Maybe someone else here will. I don\t really feel this way myself but if I did it would be very hard to bear. Glad you found us here @ DF and I really hope things improve for you.
  19. Thanks for asking, Gelo!! My meds were switched a while ago. Now I take moclobemide. I am OK and that's a good place to be!
