  1. I just read this and wanted to let you know that someone is "listening" and can relate to how you are feeling. Can you change therapists?
  2. I've been taking generic Celexa for about seven years, for the diagnosis of Dysthmia. I started out with 20 mg. From the very first pill I felt totally transformed. It was like seeing in color for the very first time! The euphoria ended after 4-5 days. This med helped me get things in order (paying bills on time, keeping medical appointments, etc.). I increased the dosage to 40 mg over the summer when my boyfriend was hospitalized for a month. I'm not sure if that made any difference. I'm not sad or unhappy, but I haven't any motivation to get up and do things. I think that I might have a dopamine problem.
  3. Dear OP. Just wanted to let you know that I'm here, listening.
  4. Happy Birthday :)

  5. Hey there Guy. I began back onto Celexa last Thursday. I previously took it for 6 months and then my dr. took me off of it to rule it out as a reason my liver enzymes went up (wasn't the problem). I had been off of it for 16 months. I am back on the same dosage as I was previously (20) but this go-round is different. I am having the typical side effect of the sleepiness, but so far I haven't experience the sense of well being that I felt almost immediately the first time I was on Celexa. I hope that kicks in soon. I see my dr. again on the 23rd.
