  1. I can relate. I do a lot for my family. So much that I would think I’m necessary. But I’m very rarely appreciated. And in those unique moments where I happen to express myself, I’m label hysterical or I’m gaslighted. So most often I internalize. And that’s a big factor for my depression and self harm. I never allow myself to give up, but I definitely beat myself up over the pain. Ironic, I know. So aside from the bad choices, I try to run and write, and read as a way to distract myself. Sometimes it helps.
