About Me
Hello! My name is J and i have struggled with anxiety and depression for over 7 years now. My life is a lot different since it first started. I have done all the research there is to do on the subject and taken 4 total years of psychology and sociology classes. I want to be able to give people advice, she experiences & just be there to talk to anyone.
