i , too , suffered from anhedonia since I had this heavy headache like someone tightening belt around my head...The psychiatric drugs I started made me reduce that headache too large extent , i don't have it now ..But They also make me more anhedonic...
Since , march , I stopped all drugs ...And this April , started AGOMELATINE , which said to help with anhedonia..I actually felt good , my sleep quality improved a lot and thinking clarity increased .but anhedonia still is there.
Now i am following website called 'anhedonia support by jackie', I havent subscribed , but following her gratitude list making exercise...I think , I believe what she said that - anhedonia is neuro problem not psychitric. so one has to make positive connections to bring back emotions. She explained it well in her video..check it...
i also started omega 3 fatty acid supplement and it is helping me in bringing energy.
I think , we need to hold on and do efforts to build neural network in brain with that exercise...it takes time....we will achieve it together....feel free to ask anything
