  1. Thanks for sharing your story. I can definitely relate to that. But, I saw you mentioned you have two cats. Then, why don’t you take advantage of the situation. Start actively engaging in playtime with your cat. I am sure all those mood swings or depression from an extended period of inactivity will just fade away. I personally walk cat and relieve all my worries just like that.
  2. I don’t trust the traditional medicines so all I need to do is cuddle with my dog. It makes me fall asleep in no time. I won’t suggest you to take those medicines. Instead get a pet. Do you love animals?
  3. Hey Tux understand you truly. Meditation and yoga do that and you will definitely start feeling better. It will surely calm you down and get that optimism inside you. Also getting a dog could prove to be beneficial for you aswell. All the best mate.
  4. Medications and me haven't gone too well. They are addictive and have serious side effects. I used to forget what i had in the morning and then the panic attacks. I am not scaring you but yeah this happens. I suggest you get a mild medication and with that you can try doing for meditation and yoga. That helps. Also you can get a pet. Dog or a cat. That really helps a lot.
