    I am thinking now that I might just stop this medication because it is doing nothing for me except making me extremely grumpy, it is not helping my mood or my pain..UGH!! =-((

    I can't remember if I have posted on this thread before, but, here goes: I keep tons of journals, I find them to be very therapeutic...I can write whatever I like in them and it helps to get out all my feelings and rants when I am writing my feelings out on paper, it helps me to get it out and relax...I always try to hide them in weird places so nobody can read them obviously...8-]]

    IDK what I can really add, I took Zoloft years ago and it didn't do anything for me and I have been on Trazadone forever...Your right, the Trazadone does make you feel like a zombie so to speak...The best thing to do is to just continue to speak to your doctor about your meds. and just work with the dosages and stuff until you hit on something that works for you---8-]]

    My doctor just put me on Topomax a couple of days ago...I was wondering if anyone here is taking that and if so, how does it affect you?? So far, all it is doing to me is making me feel weird and making me feel really grumpy...I was put on it for a number of different things, my headaches, weight and mood..Any comments or suggestions about this medication would be most appreciated!! --Paris43 8-]]

    I went through my messy closet and pulled out a purse and a quilt that I may want to use in the near future...was not easy, looks like a tornado hit my closet ATM..8-]]

    Yes, I totally understand--I second and even third guess myself quite often, is difficult not to do it...I try to just tell myself that long as I try my best at the things that I do then that is all that matters..I just push myself hard to ignore the negative and focus on the positive..8-]]

    MM, I can't think of a certain time I have ever been in this situation, but, it sounds to me like you need to get this person out of your life, it sounds like they are just bringing you down..I agree with MarkintheDark up above, his advice is excellent!! 8-]]]

    I went to see my shrink today and to the dollar store..was nice to get out of the house, was starting to get cabin fever...8-]]
