    Sometimes when I feel happy I think something bad is going to come along and ruin it for me..I think my happiness is always short lived and that I better enjoy it while it lasts...hope that made sense..8-//

    Hi everyone---I will be going to the doctor tomorrow and will be gone most of the day---gonna ask him about my thyroid and my brain fog, I am just remembering some of the suggestions that some of you told me about...Anyhow, I am a little worried about the visit...Anyhow, I hope to be back sometime Thursday--I always miss you guys when I am not here--I am babbling again, sorry bout that--Hope everyone has a most wonderful day today!!!       Sorry my reply was delayed, I was at the theatre watching pirates of penzance this evening :happy: my ice cream stick from my mid interval snack made a good pretend ⚔️ to wave around while I was singing along with all the songs :laugh:

      Glad you slept well, hope it is not as windy there tonight as it is here :hugs:

      Yes it was a great show last night :smile: the easily deluded pirates were very piratey :laugh: , the theatre was nice and old fashioned as well, they even had a young lad come round with ice creams and such things in a tray which was very 1960's :laugh: I asked him if he had any albatross for sale but he was too young to get the joke :sigh:

    I am so sorry that you can't sleep--Have you talked to your doctor about this?? Maybe he can give you something to sleep?? I know it sucks not to sleep, but, I have one tip that might help--Try listening to some very soft music turned down really low, like classical or meditation music...I tend to find that this can be helpful sometimes..Good Luck to you---8-]]]

    Thanks, Shio---I am glad I can come here to vent sometimes..it helps me...OO, yes--I know that saying...you pretty much nailed it because that is how I am feeling right now--just can't get the right words out with brain fog!! That is a good idea, I do try to get extra sleep, it does help when you are rested...I hope it does pass soon + thanks again--I will try to hang in there...8-]]]]

    Yes--I do take something for my thyroid--is called Cytomel I think---I didn't think of that, maybe I should go get some blood work done and get it rechecked if this continues--Thanks for your comment!! 8-]]

    Hi--Just need to gather my thoughts and vent a little...Ever since I had my last migraine a couple days ago, I have been having some major brain fog---seems I can't get it together for some reason..I feel like I can't get out a sentence anymore..don't know if I need more sleep or what, just feel so tired....that is why for the last couple days I have just been reading posts here and not offering any advice or suggestions to people..my brain just freezes...Hope I am making some sense here and thanks for letting me just get it out!! I am hoping this will pass for me very soon---Paris43 =-///

      Your welcome--I know what you mean--where I live, it has started to get up to the 80's and it is only the end of February--is very warm and the azaleas have started to bloom in my parents yard...Have a good afternoon!!!😁

    I totally understand where your coming from--sometimes I have a quick temper and get very angry and lash out at my loved ones and friends--I lost it once with this old man at the store , he made me so angry and I wish now I could take it back...I always hate myself as well when I get angry with someone and sometimes I wish I knew how to control my anger better...Sometimes, I have to just leave the situation I am in when I am angry and just go to my apartment and try to relax..it is hard to deal with at times..hope I am not rambling too much..=-//

    @ hocico--I think we are on the same page here, I was just gonna say how I hate the reality shows--most of them are just so lame...I never watch reality shows, even if I am bored to death...

    I had a horrible nightmare last night as a matter of fact--I dreamed that these demons were coming out of the darkness and they were after me--I woke up scared and in a cold sweat!! Scared the daylights out of me...=-((

    I know how you feel--sometimes you feel like you give and give to people and they don't want to return the favor when you need a hug or words of encouragement...That really stinks...8-((
