  1. I agree it is very difficult at times to control your mind and your thoughts plus your actions
  2. I understand my friend but try not to look at the numbers but take it one at a time until everything has been accomplished. My phone volume has picked up so much since the rising number of Covid-19 that I cannot keep up with the calls. I have to laugh to prevent myself from crying . All I can do is one at a time and say, oh well with the rest.
  3. I’m percent with you! Mental illness is as real as any other illness that troubles people physical body
  4. Yes, that also can apply to people, who have had some very bad experiences in life. Some of these people can make some of the best supportive friends you can ever have
  5. For me I have learned not to feed into the anger. The more positive you acknowledge and accept the easier it becomes to quit accepting anger into your heart or mind.
  6. I totally understand what you are saying. We are so grateful for this site and to have people around the world to understand our predicaments.
  7. Hallelujah and hopefully you will get stronger as you age gracefully
  8. I am sorry to hear that my friend. I truly understand how frustrating pain can become and how it can bring your spirit down
  9. Well as I come to the end of my 50th birthday, it has been a struggle. However, I have found some new loves and loss some old loves. I cannot do some of the things I used could do all night but I am still a active person. Do not give up on yourself but recreate yourself. Be blessed my friends in this struggle with mental health and physical health as myself. Our best is still yet to come.
  10. I do agree that people do not care about one another like they should
  11. I totally understand but I’m in a predicament where I haven’t done much for myself in my life. So, I’m working now to build me a shop and a man cave up top. After I finish getting it built I will slow down
  12. For me it is a yes and no answer. I really like working and staying busy. It is the only way to keep my mind from wondering all over the place.
  13. Keep hope alive and keep on trying. If you missed the moon at least you will be among the stars. ️
  14. I totally understand what you are saying. I too wished there was more medical attention given to mental illness. Hang in there my friend and hopefully one day things will get better for all of us
  15. I’m sorry to hear this my friend. Find something that brings you to your happy place and hold onto it. Example seeing your daughter graduate from grad school should bring you some contentment or happiness. That’s what I do I just try to find a silver lining or a rainbow in the middle of chaos. Be blessed my friend and I’ll keep you in my prayers as I pray
  16. Everything, is ok and I’m trying to adjust to the new me. I have my ups and downs but through it all I am managing ok. Thanks, for being concerned
  17. Well, I’m going to start a new me that doesn’t care about what others think or say about me. I am going to recreate myself into things that I can do along and enjoy myself as I do them. Planting flowers and beautifying mothers nature around me. Creating flower pots and painting them to make a beautiful statement around my place
  18. Yeah, they made a impact on someone that is still passing their influence on to the rest of the family.
  19. Do your medication rob you of your sexual intimacy? If it does how do you get it back. I know a peace of mind and a comforting spirit is everything, but how do you get it if your sex life is almost nonexistent.
