  1. Yes, it is a great site! 😃 Welcome! Many Doctor's studies have found that taking magnesium (magnesium malate is best) and ginseng are very beneficial in treating anxiety. 🙂 They really helped me a lot w both, they calm the mind body and spirit and get rid of sticky negative thoughts the loop around in the mind. Also, getting outside, laying on the grass to get grounded and breathe in fresh air, looking at stars, these things help a lot too. Our environment help or hurt our mental health and physical health. Speak aloud positive truths to counteract the negative thoughts and things said to us. Also, Volunteering helps us get our of our own misery to help others, which helps us. Call those negatives a lie and correct them to yourself. Protect yourself from those who put that added stress on you and go out and do new challenging things, take classes, go t meetups. Learn new things, meet new people Hope this helps you, blessings!
  2. I'm so sorry to hear of your accident and stress since then. Anxiety can take over and become kinda a bad habit once we get in it. When I get overwhelmed with anxiety I take magnesium and ginseng to calm my body, mind and soul. They also get rid of those sticky negative thoughts and feelings that get me down and loop around. Yes, they really work. There are so many things to help us on this earth. Also, I get outside, breathe deep in creation, touch the earth and look at the stars. That helps me remember the bigness of life and the constant faithfulness of it all. Also I meditate on wise words and stretch myself thru learning, art and groups like meetups, studies and classes. Many have been helped with these things. Hope they help you too. 🙂
  3. I'm so sorry it took so long to see this, I haven't been on lately. I take 2 capsules daily. You body will let you know when to balance it. Too much can give diarrhea. I have done several types of volunteer: I give advice online to hurting people, or those in crisis, I have worked in day care, Sunday school, Thrift shop organizing or new items, lots of different things. 🙂
  4. I found that taking magnesium malate and ginseng helped me a lot! They have helped many others too! They calm the mind body and spirit and get rid of sticky negative thoughts that loop around. Much anxiety/depression is a deficiency of magnesium. Also, get outside, breathe fresh air, lay on grass, it grounds you again. Another thing that helps is volunteering so we get outside our own problems, it helps us as we help others.
  5. That's great! I'm proud of you and happy you shared this to encourage and lift spirits! I found that taking magnesium and ginseng help a lot with anxiety! They calm the mind body and spirit and get rid of sticky negative thoughts. Also, B Complex is great in the mornings for focused energy. =) Blessings! Keep on keeping on!
  6. There are so many choices in life and we are a product of those choices more than the feelings. Feelings come and go, but choices have consequences or blessings. She chooses and lives w those choices, they make her who she is. If she isn't happy, she can change, she can move on or up, sometimes it first happens in actions and feelings follow. If she is miserable w her life, she needs to make changes. A lot of anxiety/depression is caused by chemical/physical imbalance and that can be inherited tendency but we can change that by caring for ourselves. Taking magnesium and ginseng help a lot to balance and calm the mind body and spirit and get rid of sticky negative thoughts that loop around and breed insecurities. Talk to her about taking those and making her changes she wants to become the person she wants. Also, it would be good for her to get involved in classes/groups of her passions. To volunteer w those she feels connected to, it will fulfill her and build her own self esteem and produce healing. Hope this helps. =) You are a good friend to help her!
  7. HI there, so sorry you are feeling hopeless! I know you've heard this before, avoidance doesn't help anyone, it actually feeds the fear. Instead, walk thru to the end in your imagination, forcing new options that change the scenario in your head for the good with a good ending, then it doesn't have any power over you. Also, when I can't get out of a deep pit of despair, I take magnesium and ginseng to calm my body, mind and soul. They also get rid of those sticky negative thoughts and feelings that get me down. Anxiety is so much more a problem than it used to be, some of spiritual, some of it physical. <3 Lifting you up to the Maker for peace and joy!
  8. Hi Scott. I know what you mean, how do you start if you don't have the energy? I found that taking B complex every morning and then magnesium and ginseng at night helped me a lot! B complex helps w energy, concentration and focus. Magnesium and ginseng help a lot with calming mind, body and spirit and also get rid of sticky negative thoughts. they helped me more than anything! Well, besides praying and getting out just to even lay in grass and look at stars.. 😃
  9. Hi there, Happy G! I'm so sorry for your loss and yet am glad to hear you had a good relationship with them! So many don't and even deal w abuse. Count your blessings and happy memories and breath thru the grief, instead of trying to avoid it. Write your thoughts and feelings and deal with them by going all the way thru them. You will find healing and comfort in time. I did find that w my own sorrow taking magnesium (without calcium) and ginseng helped a lot with calming my mind body and spirit and also getting rid of the sticky negative thoughts and feelings. Hope this helps you like it did me. 🙂
  10. I am so sorry you had to deal with all that as a child, it is so sad what kids have to go thru sometimes! I will keep you in my thoughts when I talk with our Maker! I know you are loved by Him and He will guide you as you ask. I'm glad you have a fairly happy life with your kids now. It is hard when we marry one who doesn't open up! I def. rely on my friends for that need and reach out to groups like my ladies church meetings to get to know someone I can talk with in a deeper way, one who listens and gives advice. It is hard to get over the past for sure! I found that taking magnesium and ginseng together help relax me and get rid of those sticky negative thoughts so I can move on. Some therapists are better than others. Many churches offer it free of charge so maybe that would help? Focus on blessings like you do and forget the things behind you, find fulfillment in helping others. 😃
  11. Trust me, there will come a time when you look back vaguely at high school, it isn't that big of a part of life down the road, even those close friends from then won't be a part of your life after, mostly. It seems big now and is eating away at you, being uninvolved or feeling unloved, but hang in there, work hard and ignore the "cool kids" and pretty but loose girls there, they will be the ones down the road with regret. Yes, youth groups from church have human teens in them and will some times let you down but it is way better chance at enjoyable involvement w lots of friends. Find the one that fits you, look for the lonely kid and they will be your best friend. Walk to the lonely girl, say hey and hang. She will appreciate it. They are the best friends usually. Build your own confidence by doing new things, learning new skills and hobbies. Also, get involved in volunteering, it really helps you as your are getting outside of yourself and helping others. :) You got this!
  12. I am so sorry you are fighting this inner being and feeling of anger and loss of control. I ask the creator of the universe to bring hope and control, freeing you from this negative spirit and letting you life in peace and love. I picture you tearing it off of you like old ragged clothes that constrict you. You will be free, I believe! We are such complex creatures and there is much going on that is spiritual, mental and physical. For the physical part of healing for me, I use magnesium and ginseng, since they calm the mind body and spirit and also get rid of sticky negative thoughts that bring us down. They really do help me, and then I can deal with the spiritual and mental side of my problems. Also, I get outside and take off my shoes to touch the earth, it grounds me and helps me see the faithfulness of life, the continued fresh starts and growth. Hope this helps you and others help w their advice too. Hugs!
  13. Hi there, I do hope today is a better day for you. I am sorry you are fighting depression and lack of drive. I have been like that before but not long term. I found with me it was hormonal and physical needs. So, I started taking progesterone cream, magnesium and ginseng. The progesterone balances out hormones and can turn into either estrogen or testosterone, whichever our body needs. The magnesium calms the mind body and spirit. The ginseng gets rid of those sticky negative thoughts. They really helped me and I go back to them as I need. I also find praying and meditation help a lot. Reading books that challenge me mentally, emotionally, spiritually keep me changing and growing, so I am not in that dead rut that makes me give up. Sometimes it is because of scars from hard past, sometimes it is physical needs and sometimes it is spiritual. I pray this helps you or you find someone who will. volunteering also helps me get out of my self. =)

    Hello

Hey Caleb. No, you aren't wasting my time, I am glad you reached out, best thing to do when overwhelmed. Moods and anxiety and hormones can be all over the place and take us from highs to lows quickly esp in teen years! I'm sorry you are struggling with this, it is a tough one! When I am extremely stressed I take magnesium and ginseng to calm my body, mind and soul. They also get rid of those sticky negative thoughts and feelings that get me down. Yes, they do really work. God has given us many things to help us on this earth. Also, I get outside, breathe deep in God's creation, touch the earth and look at the stars. That helps me remember the bigness of life and the constant faithfulness of it all. Also I pray, meditate on wise words and stretch myself thru learning, art and groups like meetups, bible studies, classes. Anxiety is so much more a problem than it used to be, some of spiritual, some of it physical. <3 Getting outside of ourselves and finding purpose by helping others can help so much! Have you thought of volunteering? Life can get empty when we aren't involved in helping others.
  15. It sounds like you two were together a long time, and even in midst of troubles that end many relationships. It is probably good to give it time and space so you both can evaluate where you are in life and if your love is strong enough for commitment. If the relationship isn't there after a little time and space, it would not have lasted without it either. I'm glad you are doing better and seeking counseling! If the counseling gets too expensive, lots of churches have free counseling. There are natural things you can take that help keep you from falling into that again too. When I am stressed I take magnesium and ginseng to calm my body, mind and soul. They also get rid of those sticky negative thoughts and feelings that get me down. Yes, they really work. Depression and anxiety is so much more a problem than it used to be, some of spiritual, some of it physical. <3 Praying for you.
