  1. I hope you had a fantastic day :)

  2. Hi xora, I can relate to what you're saying so you can take confort in the fact that you're not alone. You said you've tried a few meds, maybe you could talk with your doctor about giving them another go. I know theres a stigma attached to taking medication to able to hack your life, but they really are a life saver for some. Send me an IM in you ever want someone to talk with.
  3. I'm thinking about trying it. I know people do this when weening off the meds, but why not in defiantly, yeah know to reduce that "medicated" feel. Has anyone tried this?
  4. Yea I take 10mg too. Well actually I take 20mg pill and split it in half. If I take anymore than 10mg I feel to "mediciney" ...If that's even a word *lol*
  5. It's like a catch 22, really. I go too long without I get really anxious and depressed, I go back smoking, it makes my axiety skyrocket. The longest I can go is about 2 weeks, by then I'm such an emotional wreak I give in. And the thing is I'm not even a big smoker, like 1 or 2 a day. So has anyone had any success in quiting? How long did it take you to get over the withdrawl? And, even if you haven't, I'd still like to hear your $0.02 on the issue. Thanks.
  6. *LOL* Zero replies. No one has the attention span to read through that. I'm sorry Lindsay, i'm not laughing at you, I'm more or less laughing at myself.
  7. I've had ADD my whole life, I'm 27 now, and it seems that it's only considered a problem that kids have. Anyone else find that Adults are generally ignored or better yet miss diagnosed when it comes to the subject of ADD?
  8. I've heard that people who have issues with depression should avoid sugary foods. I for one have a bit of a sweet tooth, but I'm thinking maybe I should consider going without. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
