  1. Im trying to avoid going onto meds but starting to think i may need something to help me sleep
  2. Ive been waking up after having terrifing nightmares but cant shift the on slaught of negative thoughts when i wake some times inphysically cannot move after waking. Can anyone help me cope with this? Also does anyone find they get worse when you are in physical pain?
