  1. About a pint of local blueberries. I love blueberry season :)
  2. Not that I'm a large sample size, but I definitely feel like having fish make me feel better and keeps my mind sharper. I live in the pacific north west where seafood is relatively inexpensive and plentiful, and I take full advantage. I also supplement with Omega 3. I take a few bigger vacation trips every year during which my good eating habits and supplementing go out the window. And I can definitely tell a difference. It's like something gets switched off in my head. In every aspect, my mind just doesn't work as well as when I'm home.
