All the bulls*** and people I have to deal with to get my disability approved. Which I need because partly because my severe anxiety makes it impossible to interact with human beings at the moment. The part of the mood disorder making everything else hard is more hushed.

I also garden shrub a garden and can only boil pasta in a pan. Legalization is still a grey area since it is still illegal federally apparently.

28 degrees C. Blinds are closed, lights are off, and my fan is on. Unfortunately I need to bake my lunch for 30 minutes ugh.

No I feel betrayed and failed by an ageist GP and healthcare system that failed to help me when I first needed it. I will spend the rest of my life trying to cope with where I could be with early intervention.
Without my current psychiatrist and cocktail I would be dead. No exaggeration what so ever. When I first met him it was my last Harrah so no one could say I didn't try. I had fully accepted that I was going to die and that it was a relief.
I am not there anymore and I owe my life to my psychiatrist who has been the only one who hasn't given up on me when I was determined to die.
