  1. i have hobbies and since my mi issues they have sufferd but i try to do some of them when i can because it helps mood and can make you a more well rounded person
  2. i have the same issue too and the only thing helping me at the moment is workoing out because it can change you mood very quickly some days its less effective but it can really help
  3. i feel your pain i have had the same issue i think you have to find things you want to do and enjoy and just do them everyday
  4. have you considerd a hobbie maybe i make music and i find it help to have someting to focus on
  5. i know how you feel just go to keep going life will change for the better in the end

  9. been riding my bike again and i did some pilates and yoga also
  10. i can relate to your situation i have been out of work for 15 years now and yes i have wanted to end my life many times but im still here fighting on just try to stay active it can help your depression and mood a lot some times and keep applying for jobs in your area
  11. i know how your feel just when i think im better boom im depressed again i have no idea when this will end
  12. i feel you im the same my life has gone to the dogs for many reasons but thier will allways be some light at the end of the tunnel
