  1. Hello, and welcome! Human emotions are complex, it’s hard to sort through them to determine why we feel the way we do. I’ve struggled with depression and anxiety, too, so I understand how you feel. Do you have the time to read? I think you might find this book helpful -- Turning Your Down into Up: A Realistic Plan for Healing from Depression, by Dr. Gregory L. Jantz and Ann McMurray. It’s available through online bookstores. Let me know if you need help finding it. I'm not sure if you believe in prayer, but I want you to know that I’m going to be praying for you.
  2. I’m sorry that you’re struggling with depression and anxiety. Please check out this link – http://bit.ly/1RqSF4f. You can also get in touch with one of the counselors. They’d be in a better position to offer guidance with regard to your situation. I’m praying for God to be by your side.
  3. Hey there! Stopping by to check on how you’re doing. Are you involved with a church? It’s possible you could find a supportive community where you can bless others, as well. :)
  4. I understand every feeling that you shared for I struggled with depression and anxiety for two years. I was then put on medication (which I stopped after a month), and finally I allowed for God to touch my heart and He healed me completely. I think you might find this information helpful -- http://bit.ly/1SJrmpP. And, please remember that there is a solution to every problem. I’ve said a prayer for you. Take courage and be strong.
  5. I’m so sorry to hear of the death of your mother, and I realize how painful this must be for you. I'm sure that there will always be a special and tender place in your memory for your mom as long as you live. But... you know what? Your attempt of seeking help to getting yourself to a place where you deserve to be at (a state of peace) is certainly not going to be futile. I’ve prayed that the Lord will uphold you whenever you hurt and that He may encourage you during this time. If you have time to read, I'd like to suggest that you check out two books: 1. Experiencing Grief, by H. Norman Wright. It’s written to encourage those who have recently endured a loss. 2. The Bumps Are What You Climb On, repackaged edition: Encouragement for Difficult Days, by Warren W. Wiersbe. The author offers solid hope and comfort in times of depression, frustration, disappointment, or loneliness. Be strong. You can do this! :) Best of luck!
  6. You’ve truly blessed and encouraged me today. Thanks for sharing your goal. I can connect with your positive energy! I always try to do something active every day, as well. I have you in my prayers. :) Stay happy!
  7. Hey there! I’m so sorry to hear about the loneliness you’re experiencing. Although I don’t know why you’re struggling with guilt and self-hatred, I encourage you to discuss your situation with someone who can offer guidance. What do you think about talking with a licensed counselor? Here’s a link if you think it might help. Also, you may find this article useful. I’m not sure if you believe in God, but know that I’m praying for Him to heal you from the hurts you’re feeling. I hope you reach out for help as soon as you can.

  9. Hi there! I’m so sorry that you’re struggling. I don’t have much advice to offer, but I certainly want to let you know that you’re not alone. Would you be interested to speak to a counselor about what you’re going through? I'm praying for you.
