A sever feeling of lethargy/fatigue is probably a signal that you have succumbed to depression than whether or not you feel sad. The higher the fatigue, the more serious is your depression. A practical step would be to look for things to do to keep your mind off your negative feelings. Maybe you could pursue an activity, sport, or hobby that you enjoy and that makes you feel good. Physical exercise has the added benefit of helping to relieve negative emotions naturally, too.
