    I take 1mg of Klonopin three times a day and never get the zombie effect. I've been taking it for close to four years. Still works as it should every single time. But to answer your question, .5mg is not a low dose in my opinion. Unless you're only taking it once a day. Be blessed!!

    I was on the WB 5 - 6 weeks. Not long. I had told my doc I didn't feel a difference. So he said bump up the Cipralex to 40 and stop the WB. But now I have less energy. That could be from the upped dose of Cipralex or the omitting of the WB, or both.

    I'm wondering, is 150mg of WB enough to do anything when taking, say, 30 or 40mg of Cipralex also?

    Give 150 a try. If you don't feel differently, go to 300mg

    I used to take 400mg of WB a day and I have unheard of energy! So much that I had trouble sleeping at night. Doc put me on 300mg and now everything is normal. WB is like any other antidepressant in that it needs time to work. Some will disagree with that statement but don't give up on the med until after AT LEAST six weeks of continuous use ...

    Don't be bamboozled by the images promoted in magazines and commercials. To me, an attractive woman is a female who knows who she is and is confident with the way God made her. She's a woman who builds her house with love and compassion. People nowadays are so stuck on being skinny and looking like a model. The truth of the matter is with time all those 'looks' will fade away. However, the character and integrity of the woman will always remain the same. An attractive woman is a thoughtful forward thinking individual. I focus on the female attributes that time cannot corrupt or degrade.

    For instance, if I'm married to a drop dead gorgeous woman and she happened to get really banged up in a car accident will I still 'love' her? If my attraction is based on carnal things instead of those eternal I might file for divorce. Who wants to be in a relationship solely because of looks? Not this guy!!

    I've been taking Lexapro for about four years now. Previous I took Celexa but it unfortunately pooped out and quit working. Surprisingly, Lexapro is a LOT stronger than Citalapram. 10mg of Lex = 20mg Celexa. Lexapro is THE BEST SSRI I've ever taken. I would recommend it everyone. My $0.02

    I take Klonopin for generalized anxiety. It calms me down during presentations and allows me to speak without my voice trembling. I take Lexapro for depression and I've noticed it helps with my OCD as well. We all have a different chemical make up so it may not work for you as it has for me. I say that because I saw it listed among other meds you have tried. I read somewhere that Seroquel has an off label use for OCD. I don't know anyone who uses it for that particular reason but it may be with a try seeing you're somewhat at the end of the road with regard of experimenting with different meds.
