    Topsy Part 2 (Part 1 is good too) by jazz drummer Cozy Cole.  Made it to #3 on Billboard Hot 100 in 1958 I believe.  I'm a drummer (just as a hobby) and he's one of my favorites though way before my time.  I first heard it on an oldies station back in the late 80s when I got my first drum set 🙂   There are so many instrumentals that I like, many of them oldies.

    Hey there Jamark8. I'm glad the CBD is helping you out.  I've been meaning to start taking CBD for a while now, but it's rather pricey for my budget at the moment.  It has so much potential for mental health, it's just a shame it has taken this long to become more available throughout the country.  

    As for your "rant" (btw it's very healthy to rant and get stuff out sometimes 🙂)  I definitely understand your frustrations with the laws of your state.  I live now in Colorado (for entirely different reasons), but haven't forgotten that most other states still have some pretty tough laws.

    Broken hearts are so hard to mend.  It's a true saying.  Even time doesn't always help it.  I think it's because of all the unanswered questions we're left with.  I really feel for you, and something very similar to what happened to you happened to me not long ago as well.  I wish I could offer some encouragement but I have none.

    This is fantastic stuff Ratvan!  Informative too.  Bettas are wonderful fish.  Many years ago I rescued one from a Petco (or Petsmart, can't remember which).  He had been kept in a tiny plastic cup lined up with about a dozen others on a shelf in the store.  Once I got him home I transferred him to a 5 gal tank which I had previously prepared after researching the care and needs of Betta.  He thrived and lived a good long life 🙂  His name was Mordecai 🙂  

    I just may do the same thing again someday.  

    I love the name Mordecai, how did you come by it?

    During my recent depressive episode this past week or so (still ongoing depression but slowly improving) I increased my drinking to the point where I was getting physically sick and also feeling much, much worse mentally.

    Hang in there JD. I have been away from DF for months.... so it's awesome to see you're still here :)
