I have had an issue where I have just lost interest in everything I love to do, gaming, movies, just going out and socializing...I have been reading about cold showers and decided to take the plunge (no pun intended) and after just 3 days of taking a 2 minute cold shower (I mean cold, shower turned up to max power - hot water all the way off cold water all the way up) and today I am hooked on a game I have not played in over a year and also psyched because I just got back from brunch and had a great time. I don't know if it is a placebo or if it is actually really affecting my mood and more importantly my interest in doing the things I used to love, I'd love to hear any other opinions..why would a cold shower make me interested in the things I lost interest in? - and if you have any opinions on how to take a better cold shower to improve even more I'd love to hear it, thanks!
  2. First off thanks to everyone who responded to my post last week. Since I've been feeling fine since Monday my doctor upped the dosage from 50mg to 100mg which I will be starting tomorrow. He said I should not experience the same fatigue I had early last week - I just wanted to get some experiences from people who went through this or something close to this. Today I feel good, seem a little up beat - but that may be because The Yankees have been making good moves. :) I know it doesn't peak until 4-6 weeks. Thanks again.
  3. Thank you. I'm actually having a much better day today, today is day 8. I really hope this helps bring back my interest level for things I used to love doing, including dating.
  4. Hi folks, as the title says...I know it takes a couple of weeks to go away, but are there any supplements/vitamins I can take to ease the extreme fatigue? Also what foods to avoid? I was prescribed 50mg and started taking it 7 days ago. Any advice welcome, thank you. P.S I also take welbutrin and adderall xr
