About a month ago I discovered bible, which curved my anger down a lot and helped me manage anxiety more effectively without reacting so much. So I’ll continue with it.
Since the new year, I’ve been more uneasy. Not so clear on what’s causing it. Hope to figure out soon.
Been keeping up with daily cardio. I’ll take a break here and there but I’d kept up and it’s having a bit of positive effects.
Despite of lousy mood since new year, externally I’ve been doing what I need to do.
