knowing you are not okay

You know you are not okay when:

- you haven't slept more than 4 hours for the past few days
- you cannot stay asleep even with that few hours of sleep because you have nightmares
- you feel can't focus at work
- you feel so jaded at work
- you feel upset over little things
- you get easily angry

Oh dear....

But I have not lost control, so I guess that is a good thing:)
