    Do I Have Anxiety?

    Q. What is wrong with me?  I have what I think are anxiety problems. About five years ago, I was diagnosed with ADD. I never experienced any sort of trauma, that I can remember. I get this horrible feeling and it builds up, until I start crying uncontrollably and hyperventilating. I’m also abnormally shy.
