Thanks Screenman, I quit, for the umpteenth time in July and this time with healthy eating and exercise I've not gained weight and I feel better for it. I think people really need to be in the right mindset for quitting and I've got that mindset right now.

Me too. I used to smoke very little, but wanted to get completely rid of it and when I tried the e-cig, I never looked back. It´s so much better than smoking a regular cigarette.

I´ve felt the benefits immediately and I can swim a lot more, work more and I sleep better. The stamina has improved.

It's really encouraging to see that e-cigs have actually been working for people. I've tried quitting so many times, but failed every time, granted it's been cold turkey. I might have to go out and buy an e-cigarette sometime.
Congrats for quitting everyone!

I use nicotine lozenges and a NHS (National Health Service in the UK) stop quitting service. There are also phone apps available to see how long you have quit for and how much it has saved you in money terms. This time I feel like a non-smoker.
