sometimes like ill play out a conversation in my head.. like say in sports..if a player loses a game ill play out what he would say after the game..or a movie..ill play out what the chracter would say in a certain situation..is that bad? i don't know if that had to do with being depressed or not

I do know that "Even in the wizarding world, hearing voices ins't good"

Are you predicitng what is actually said? Or are you creating a dialogue that you expect could be what will be said?

Honestly it sounds to me like you brain is getting bored. Give it something more to do =)
I think i was happiest when I thought the least.

I now come with my own disclaimer.
"Hi I'm Ding and at some point I may well offend you, this is neither deliberate nor intentional, merely a side effect of my habit of typing what I think"

It sounds normal to me. Maybe put that imagination to good use. Write a book, or maybe a movie script or play. :)

We all need a good talking to sometimes...even if we have to do it ourselves. It makes us stronger to analyse things mentally. If you're walking around talking to yourself in public then that's another thing. When I get stressed about something I write out on a sheet of paper or type out the pros and cons of things. Sometimes it makes things look brighter, sometimes worse. But....if you see your thoughts in black and white and think about them from an outside point of view (like you were someone else reading it) it can help sort your thoughts out.

Ya, I realise that, I was simply quoting a bit of Harry Potter, I did not actually suggest that you were hearing voices, perhaps it was in poor taste, Apparently I couldn't resist, my apologies

I not only have conversations in my head, I have entire monologues. lol Like seriously, sometimes I think, "What would my inauguration speech sound like if I was being sworn in as president?" Then I start coming up with lines and sentences in my head until I get bored or my train of thought is interrupted.

I personally talk in my head all the time and I make up tons of things! It is a great way to pass the time and I often make long monologues as well as practice for my job as a salesperson or just everyday life. There are some situations, yes I could see worry, but if it is nothing too dangerous have a good time!

It's just a way some people think. Now, if you are hearing voices, like there's someone actually speaking to you, or you personify these internal monologues until the "other" side becomes a fully-fleshed unique personality...then you're fine.

I do it all the time, it's pretty much how I deal with...well...everything.

I'd say it's normal, also. I do it pretty frequently. I've always figured that it's something we all do, probably every day. Like mentioned before, I am the same way with the ending of a TV show.

It's just a way to think to yourself, and also think of different possibilities for the way the conversation would go out loud. Creating your own scenario for different situations.
